Founded in 2011, DCPS is a commercial property services contractor providing services to over 1,100 clients. DCPS leverages unparalleled customer service to be the leading, one-stop provider of commercial property services in Colorado. With multiple offices, more than 300 employees, and 7 divisions – Asphalt and Concrete, Waterproofing and Specialty Coatings, Roofing, Snow Removal and Parking Lot Sweeping, Landscaping, and Construction, DCPS provides specialized, integrated service-solutions to commercial property owners and managers.


Position Summary:

As the Senior Marketing Manager – Revenue, you will lead the Marketing department with a clear mandate to drive revenue growth, pipeline development, and measurable sales impact. This role owns a connection between marketing strategy and revenue performance.

You will oversee the full marketing function, managing the Marketing Manager – Operations & Brand while directly partnering with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Operations to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company growth objectives.

This is not a traditional brand only marketing role. This is a performance driven leadership position focused on demand generation, lead quality, campaign ROI, and revenue contribution.

Organizational Alignment:

Reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Leads and manages the Marketing department.

Directly supervises the Marketing Manager – Operations & Brand.

Partners closely with the Director of Sales Enablement to align campaigns with operational capabilities and sales education initiatives.

Collaborate with the Sales Analyst to improve lead qualification, routing, tracking, and reporting processes.

Works cross functionally with Sales leadership and Operational division leaders to align marketing efforts with revenue priorities.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute revenue focused marketing strategies aligned to annual sales goals and growth targets.

Lead the Marketing department, setting priorities, establishing performance expectations, and ensuring accountability for results.

Manage and develop the Marketing Manager – Operations & Brand, ensuring strong execution across brand consistency, internal communications, creative support, and operational marketing initiatives.

Own demand generation initiatives that drive qualified leads, pipeline velocity, and opportunity conversion.

Partner with Sales to define ideal client profiles, campaign priorities, vertical strategies, and territory focus.

Collaborate with the Director of Sales Enablement to align messaging, lunch and learns, educational content, and field initiatives with operational capabilities.

Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns including email marketing, digital advertising, events, content marketing, and account-based marketing initiatives.

Establish clear revenue attribution models and reporting dashboards to measure campaign performance and ROI.

Continuously analyze marketing and sales data to identify gaps, improve conversion rates, and increase pipeline efficiency.

Drive marketing automation improvements and CRM alignment to ensure clean data, accurate reporting, and scalable processes.

Identify new growth opportunities and proactively propose campaigns that support underpenetrated markets, divisions, or client segments.

Ensure marketing initiatives clearly communicate service capabilities, differentiators, and performance outcomes to support operational marketing objectives.


Skills & Qualifications:

Strong revenue mindset with a clear understanding of pipeline metrics, lead conversion, and sales cycles.

Demonstrated ability to execute demand generation campaigns that produce measurable results.

Leadership capability with experience managing team members and driving accountability.

Highly motivated self starter with a strong bias toward action and ownership.

Comfortable working cross functionally with Sales, Operations, and Executive leadership.

Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize high impact initiatives.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.

Experience in B2B marketing preferred. Experience in service based industries is a plus.

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
